1. What the Service is

The Service is an MCP server that returns browser-automation recipes. Recipes run on your machine against your browser and GreatPerks (Pintours) session. There is no official API; the Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by GreatPerks, Pintours, or any attraction. Those names are trademarks of their owners, used here only to describe interoperability.

2. Acceptable use

• Only automate accounts you own or are authorized to use.
• You are responsible for complying with GreatPerks’ and Pintours’ own Terms of Service and any applicable laws when you run a recipe.
• Do not use the Service to scrape third parties you have no right to access, to resell tickets in violation of a venue’s rules, or for any unlawful or abusive purpose.
• Keep your API key secret. One key per account.

3. You are responsible for orders & charges

Recipes act as you, in your session. You are solely responsible for everything they do — including which tickets, dates, and quantities are selected, and any charges billed to your card. The greatperks_place_order tool previews by default and stops at the payment button; it only submits a charge when you explicitly pass confirmOrder: true with a card you entered. Card entry happens in the payment gateway’s own form — the Service never handles card data. Review what you run; the Service does not control the gateway’s billing and cannot reverse a charge.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. GreatPerks changes its site frequently; recipes may break, behave unexpectedly, or stop working at any time. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, ticket fulfillment, or fitness for any purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for any charges, failed or duplicate orders, lost data, account suspension, or other harm arising from your use of the Service. Your use is at your own risk.

6. Accounts & termination

Access is gated by a GitHub sign-in and a single API key you can rotate or revoke anytime. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or abuses the Service. You may stop using it and request account deletion at any time.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
